"I have been going to Serasana for a couple of years now. Stacy gives the best facials, Brianna and Kaitlyn the best massages and Meredith's yoga classes are great. Recently, I hurt my back lifting something heavy. I went to Brianna for a massage and it helped but I was still in a bit of pain. On the way out, Julie suggested that I try Celluma red light therapy. Within 30 minutes, I could move a lot better and was in a lot less pain. The light and massage both helped. I highly suggest Serasana. The ladies there really care about client well-being and they do not overcharge like many other wellness centers. :)"
